CGD is the pillar of the WATTERIES range of AGM VRLA batteries and is designed for demanding cyclic applications to achieve the highest level of reliability and security. The range is perfect for critical applications, due to its proven reliability and is compliant with the highest recognised international standards. The carbon and expanders additives on negative plate allows Partial State Of Charge (PSOC) operation. The design uses proven VRLA technology with 99% internal recombination efficiency, is non-spillable and maintenance-free therefore requires no topping up of electrolyte during its -life. The CGD range is non-hazardous for air/sea/rail/ road transportation and is 100% recyclable. The design is optimized to limit the self-discharge guaranteeing a long shelf-life."
